Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an on-site Steward at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort in Boerne, TX. This role supports stewarding and restaurant outlets with dishwashing, silver polishing, and general cleanliness to enable kitchen and service staff to perform efficiently.

Ideal candidates are physically strong, capable of moving heavy objects, and possess good communication skills to interact with supervisors and coworkers in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Physically fit for a high-activity position in a hotel environment.
• Ability to push/pull carts and lift up to 200 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware for dish or pot machines.
• Wash all ware quickly and return to storage areas as designated.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled per hotel standards.
• Operate burnishing machine and de-tarnish/silver for proper appearance.
• Assist cooks by keeping kettles, pans and pots clean and ready for use.

No**Overview**Assist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware so that it can be put through the dish or pot machine properly.
