HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Room Attendant at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort in Boerne, TX. This on-site role keeps guest rooms sparkling and amenities well-stocked, contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms and living spaces, changing linens, restocking supplies, and adhering to safety and attendance standards. The position offers flexible scheduling and benefits through HEI. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extend arms overhead, and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to pitch in and help coworkers as a team player.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and safe handling of cleaning solutions.
• Ability to push/pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsabilités

• Maintain hotel rooms and building to ensure safe, clean experiences for guests, associates and vendors.
• Clean bathrooms, mirrors, walls, tiles, and floors with provided agents and tools.
• Strip and make beds, change linens, restock amenities and supplies.

No**Overview**Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates, and vendors.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending, and stooping.* Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.* Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.* Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.* Push and pull vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash.* Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.* Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart.
