Steven Ford is hiring Ford-certified service technicians for a full-time role in Harrisonburg, VA. The dealership offers a sign-on bonus up to $8,000 and pays up to $55.00 per flat-rate hour, with Masters/Senior Master/Diesel & Transmission Technicians earning $65.00+ per hour.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Maintain ASE and Ford certification requirements.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer policies.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
