Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Technical School.
• IAHCSMM-CRCST certification or equivalent to CSPDT.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and assembles surgical trays and equipment for sterilization.
• Instruments are inspected for cleanliness and proper functioning.
• Monitor and interpret sterilizer parameters to ensure proper function.
• Decontaminate reusable equipment and instruments using manual and mechanical methods.
• Maintain accurate sterilization records and communicate with shifts.
