Primary Function: Responsible for decontamination, cleaning, processing, distribution, storage, and sterilization of surgical instruments in the Sterile Processing area. Knowledge of instruments/equipment and interaction with surgeons, nurses, and OR team are vital to ensure proper products are available during surgery.

Job Qualifications

• Preferred: 6 months of Surgical Services experience.
• Required: HSPA CRCST (Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician) certification. Positions also available for Non-Certified Sterile Tech.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills needed include inventory management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, effective communication, team leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite.
