Job summary

Asheville Dental Associates is seeking a dedicated Sterilization Technician to join our growing dental team. You will ensure instruments and operatory areas are properly sterilized according to infection control standards and OSHA/CDC guidelines.

Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting, maintaining logs, stocking operatories, and assisting the team with turnover between patients. You will perform routine maintenance on sterilization equipment and uphold HIPAA and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with sterilization procedures and infection control standards preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be a DA or DA II to know how to operate sterilization equipment.
