Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize all dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control standards.
• Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and documentation.
• Inspect sterilization equipment and report issues for maintenance or repair.
• Follow protocols for handling and disposal of contaminated materials.
• Maintain an organized sterilization area and ensure supplies are stocked.
