Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking an Operator for Sterigenics U.S. LLC in Fort Worth, TX. You will coordinate conveyor activities, load/unload products, manage dosimeters, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Prior forklift experience and computer literacy are preferred. This role requires stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts. Training will cover all required certifications and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Able to read and use a tape measure.
• Willing to work established shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; repetitive bending and lifting.
• Forklift driving experience preferred.
• Computer skills are desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities on the conveyor by organizing work orders at load/unload stations.
• Load and unload product, complete required paperwork, and assist the Supervisor in safe operation of the system.
• Record input, dosimeter and unload information in the computer.
• Load/unload product into totes for irradiation and prepare dosimeters for runs.
• Operate and read the dosimeter reader; assemble processed dosimeters with run data sheets.
• Follow emergency procedures and report system problems to supervision.
• Replace designated mechanical components as needed and assist Maintenance.
