Responsibilities

• Ensure proper decontamination and sterilization of orthodontic instruments.
• Handle and maintain instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
• Fabricate orthodontic retainers and other dental appliances.
• Pour molds and assist with lab-related tasks.
• Check in retainers from outside laboratories.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to sterilization and lab work.
• Organize and manage materials and supplies for lab and sterilization areas.
• Support clinical team with preparation and maintenance of tools.
• Help create a clean, welcoming environment that supports an exceptional patient experience.
