Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with science/maths exposure.
• 1 year hospital-related experience or background in sterile technique.
• Desirable CBSPD or IAHCSMM certification.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage dental instruments and supplies in the instrument processing area.
• Receive, prepare, and distribute instruments to clinics and dispensaries.
• Operate sterilizers/autoclaves and monitor sterilization parameters.
• Inspect, wrap, label, and track instrument loads and test results.
• Restock and maintain inventory across dispensaries, processing, and operatories.
• Provide technical knowledge to students/staff on instruments and equipment.
