Solventum seeks a Sterilization Area Clinical Leader to act as a strategic clinical advisor, partnering with internal teams and customers to drive best practices and education. You will lead priority engagements, provide escalated clinical and technical consultation, and support discussions grounded in data.

The ideal candidate exhibits leadership, clinical acumen, and strong presentation skills, with remote work availability and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 2 years healthcare experience in a hospital, surgery center, or long‑term care environment
• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years healthcare experience in a hospital, surgery center, or long‑term care environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Current, valid Driver’s License
• Additional qualifications: BSN, RN, CER, CRCST

Responsabilités

• Act as strategic advisor to internal Solventum teams on wound care clinical strategy and industry best practices
• Collaborate with sales leadership to educate and upskill teams on clinical or technical consultative practices
• Present data and clinical application during priority customer engagements
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction
• Engage with local teams to plan and lead comprehensive customer education events
• Interact with customers requiring escalated consultation on clinical or technical on‑label scenarios
• Support economic objections by articulating evidence‑based clinical efficacy and economic value
• Aid in resource management for conversions/evaluations
• Maintain clinical/technical relevance through ongoing learning and professional associations
• Understand and translate industry standards (ERAS, AAMI)
