Job summary

Solventum, formerly 3M Health Care, is seeking a Sterilization Area Clinical Leader to drive clinical strategy and education across customer engagements. You will lead priority client interactions, provide escalated consultations, and partner with internal teams to demonstrate clinical value.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical acumen, relationship development, and presentation skills, with remote work options and substantial travel (up to 75%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 2 years of healthcare experience in a hospital, surgery center, or long-term care environment
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of healthcare experience in a hospital, surgery center, or long-term care environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Current, valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to internal Solventum teams on wound care clinical strategy and industry best practices
• Collaborate with sales leadership to educate and upskill teams on clinical/technical consultative practices
• Present data and clinical application during priority customer engagements
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare customers for loyalty and satisfaction
• Plan and lead comprehensive customer education events
• Provide escalated clinical/technical consultation on on-label scenarios
• Support economic objection handling with evidence-based clinical efficacy and value
• Maintain clinical/technical relevance through ongoing learning and professional engagement
