Job summary

Orison-Solutions-LLC is seeking a Sterile Processing technician to support the surgical team by sterilizing and preparing instruments and devices for use in the operating room. The role contributes to patient care by ensuring equipment is clean, decontaminated and ready for procedures.

The position requires a high school diploma and national CSPDT or CRCST certification, with work schedule Tue-Sat from 11:00 to 19:30 and rotating call coverage on Sundays and holidays.

Job description

• The Sterile Processing team significantly contribute to patient care by preparing equipment and rooms for surgery. We are responsible for the cleaning, decontamination, disinfection and sterilization of surgical instrumentation and medical devices to remove bioburden that can cause healthcare-acquired infections (HAIs).
• EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• National Certification such as CSPDT or CRCST required.

Shift Information: This position is to cover this shift Tuesday - Saturday 11-1930 with rotational call coverage equally shared for Sun, low census days, and holidays.
