Murfreesboro Medical Clinic is seeking a PRN Central Sterile Technician to reprocess surgical instruments and package them for sterilization. The role supports OR teams, adheres to AAMI and related standards, and ensures accurate sterilization records.

The position requires a HS diploma with CTS certification preferred and BLS within six months of hire. Working in the main campus OR environment, the tech will handle instrument cleaning, packing, and storage while maintaining strict safety

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Central Sterile Tech Certification preferred.
• BLS required within six months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans and sterilizes instruments after procedures.
• Packages instruments for autoclave/Sterrad.
• Maintains documentation and sterilization records per standards.
• Communicates supply and equipment repairs.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks as needed.
