Job summary

Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center in Enola, PA, is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to prepare, sterilize, install or clean laboratory and healthcare equipment. You will act as the first point of escalation for staff when a supervisor is unavailable and support training and mentoring new and existing employees while prioritizing assignments to meet deadlines.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and five years of sterile processing experience.

• Five (5) years of experience working in sterile processing.

Individual will play integral role in training and mentoring new and existing employees and will assist in prioritizing assignments and adjusting workflows to ensure most pressing needs are met within deadlines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have five (5) years of experience working in sterile processing
