The Sterile Processing Tech III at Oro Valley Surgical Suites prepares and maintains all surgical instruments, ensuring sterility and readiness for procedures. You will manage sterilization cycles, inspect instruments, and support OR teams in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

The Sterile Processing Technician maintains and cares for all surgical instruments. Prepares supplies and instruments for surgery cases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience
• Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred
• Experience with all types of sterilizers
• Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed
