Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification in Sterile Processing and Distribution or Central Service required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Kaiser quality, safety, and emergency policies and procedures.
• Decontaminate, disassemble, reassemble and sterilize instruments.
• Use the Instrumentation Management Computer system to track instruments.
• Inventory and restock supplies including sterilization chemicals, lifting up to 45 pounds as needed.
• Provide superior, culturally sensitive service to members, purchasers, and vendors.
