Job summary

The role requires completion of a sterile processing program, CSPDT/CRCST certifications within 1 year, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of sterile processing program required.
• CSPDT certification within 1 year required.
• CRCST certification within 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and disinfect instrument sets per standards.
• Test equipment with insulation and leak testers.
• Assemble instruments per established standards and IFUs.
• Maintain low error rate and high productivity.
• Prioritize processing based on surgical schedules.
• Handle vendor trays and complex instrumentation efficiently.
• Respond to phone requests and departmental issues professionally.
