Job summary

HSHS St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Central Services Technician to join our surgery team. This role ensures decontamination, sterilization of equipment and distribution of sterile instrumentation to operating rooms and affiliated services.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, one year of sterile processing experience, and relevant certifications; WI CRCST preferred, IL CRCST required within 18 months. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, PM shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 1 year of sterile processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing procedures and infection control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Distribute sterile instrumentation to surgical areas.
• Ensure quality assurance of processed items.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with policies.
