HSHS St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Central Services Technician to join our surgery team. This role ensures decontamination, sterilization of equipment and distribution of sterile instrumentation to operating rooms and affiliated services.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, one year of sterile processing experience, and relevant certifications; WI CRCST preferred, IL CRCST required within 18 months. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, PM shift.
Pay Range:
$19.00 - $27.55 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
HSHS St. Mary's Hospital is seeking a Central Services Technician to join our surgery team. Ideal candidates will assure proper decontamination, quality assurance, sterilization of equipment and distribution of sterile surgical instrumentation to areas throughout the affiliate and outside service contracts to ensure quality patient care and safety.
Education Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Experience Qualifications 1 year of sterile processing experience is preferred. Knowledge of nursing procedures, aseptic technique, medical terminology, and infection control is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations WI-Certified and Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) is preferred.
IL-Certified and Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) is required within 18 months of employment.
