Responsibilities

• Decontamination, cleaning, disinfection, sterilization and sterile storage of supplies and equipment.
• Prepare surgical case carts and ensure items are processed in a timely manner.
• Operate sterilizers and related equipment; perform biological and chemical tests and record results.
• Verify and document sterilization processes; maintain clean, organized work areas.
