Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year to 6 months related experience required or completion of the central service technician course.
• Must prepare for Sterile Processing certification within 1 year of hire and complete within 2 years.

Responsabilités

• Assembles instrument trays and packs with 100% accuracy per recipes.
• Disassembles, cleans, reassembles equipment; tests function and directs to repair as needed.
• Maintains aseptic techniques and inventory in the decontamination area.
• Operates sterilizers (ETO and steam) and documents cycles and logs.
• Ensures safe work environment and adheres to infection control standards.
