Job summary

Baptist Health seeks a Sterile Processing Technician to support the Sterile Processing Department at Baptist Jacksonville. This full-time evening role runs Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, located at Baptist Medical Center Downtown.

Responsibilities include sterilization principles, instrument wrapping, and decontamination of surgical instrumentation, with experience in handling regulated protocols and linen processing. A CRCST or CSPDT credential is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required.

Up to $1,000 Sign-on Bonus, if hired!! Baptist Medical Center is looking for a Sterile Processing Technician to support the Sterile Processing Department at Baptist Jacksonville. This position is a Full-Time, Evenings position working Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm.

Responsibilities include:

• Understand principles of sterilization.

Experience Requirements:

• 1-2 years Instrument Experience
• 1-2 years Surgical Instrumentation Experience
• Linen Processing Experience
• Knowledge of regulatory protocols.

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST). Required Or Certification
• Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) Required Or

This Sterile Processing Technician position will be located at Baptist Medical Center Downtown.
