Job summary

Choice Care Surgery Center in Midland, TX is seeking a full-time Sterile Processing Technician to join our surgical services team. You will maintain and prepare all instruments and supplies for procedures across our specialties, with a weekdays-only schedule.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1–2 years in sterile processing; certification is preferred. We offer medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability coverage, a 401(k), paid holidays, and vacation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of sterile processing experience
• Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program preferred
• Experience with all types of sterilizers
• Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed

Choice Care Surgery Center is hiring a Full-Time Sterile Processing Tech

Welcome to Choice Care Surgery Center

We have 3 OR rooms, 2 Treatment rooms and 2 Cath Labs. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Plastics, Urology. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.

Sterile Processing Technician at Choice Care Surgery Center:

The Sterile Processing Technician maintains and cares for all surgical instruments. Prepares supplies and instruments for surgery cases.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
