Job summary

Regenerative Orthopedics Surgery Center in Georgia is seeking a Full Time Sterile Processing Technician to maintain and prepare surgical instruments for operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1–2 years of sterile processing experience, and certification is preferred; familiarity with sterilizers and OR instrumentation is expected; excellent attention to detail and the ability to respond quickly to changing patient needs are essential.

Sterile Processing Tech at Regenerative Orthopedics Surgery Center

The Sterile Processing Technician maintains and cares for all surgical instruments. Prepares supplies and instruments for surgery cases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience
• Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred
• Experience with all types of sterilizers
• Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed
