Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking an experienced Central Service Technician to prepare, package, and sterilize reusable medical supplies. You will collect, clean, disinfect, inspect, and sterilize surgical instruments and other equipment to ensure high-quality patient care.

Minimum requirements include hospital sterile processing experience and professional certification as Central Service Technician or Sterile Processing Technician.

Qualifications

• Certification as Central Service Technician or Sterile Processing tech.
• 1 year prior sterile processing experience in a hospital setting.
• Completion of a central services or surgery technologist training program or equivalent.

Required Qualifications

• Within 1 year of hire: National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association Or


• Within 1 year of hire: National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution


• Completion of Central Services Technician or Surgery Technologist training program or similar Central Services, Surgery or patient care work.


• 1 year Prior Sterile Processing Tech experience in a hospital setting.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
