The Certified Sterile Central Technician (RCST or CRCST) is responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of AORN recommended practices and AAMI Standards. The technician precepts staff on Infection Control requirements in decontamination, processing, sterilization, process monitoring, and storage/distribution of sterile/clean surgical supplies. They stay current with manufacturer recommendations for handling and instrumentation safety.

This full-time, evening position requires:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience as a Certified Sterile Central Technician (preferred)
• Graduation from an accredited OR Sterile Central Technician program
