MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to inspect, sterilize and document instrument processing in compliance with industry standards and manufacturer instructions.

Responsibilities include high-level disinfection, monitoring sterilization processes, and quality assurance testing. The role also covers manual cleaning of semi-critical devices, use of borescope and automatic endoscope reprocessor, with cross-department collaboration to identify instrumentation needs.

Collaborates with interdepartmental teams to identify instrumentation needs. Locates, compiles, and distributes requested instrumentation appropriately.

Compensation Information

$17.96 - $34.57 The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
