Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a short-term strike assignment in California. The shift is 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM, with strike dates September 15–16, 2026 (night shifts).

You will deliver care per protocols, document care, and collaborate with health professionals while meeting onboarding and compliance requirements. Requirements include active nursing licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable, vaccination proof, and successful pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License Verification required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation thereof.
• Completion of a minimum compliance onboarding process.
• Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings (drug screen and health assessments).

Responsibilities

• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Description

This is a per diem Registered Nurse position focused on providing care during a strike assignment. Successful candidates must report for onboarding no later than the day before the strike begins and be available to work specified strike dates.

Schedule

Shift Hours: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Availability for strike dates: September 15, 2026, through September 16, 2026, for night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients based on established protocols and standards.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary onboarding and strike-related requirements.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
