The role requires a Sterile Processing Certification, a high school diploma or GED, and 1–2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is offered and benefits are provided to eligible employees.

• Maintains accurate documentation and promotes operating room efficiency.
• Communicates effectively with visitors, physicians and staff; ensures privacy and safety policies.
