Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CRCST or national sterility program certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for decontamination and select appropriate manual or mechanical processes.
• Operate washers, sterilizers, and related equipment safely and correctly.
• Assemble instrument sets, wrap and label trays, and ensure sterility indicators are valid.
• Maintain clean workstation and monitor inventory levels.
