Job summary

Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team. You will scrub in on procedures, assist in the central sterile area, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked OR environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree in surgical technology preferred, and 0-1 year operating room experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree in Surgical Technology preferred.
• 1 year OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub procedures as assigned.
• Assist in central sterile area between scrub assignments as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized operating room.
• Ensure room is cleaned, straightened and stocked before shift ends.
• Assist circulating nurse with patient care in the room.
• Stay updated on changes in the operating room.
