Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Preference for Sterile Processing Certification.
• Experience in a hospital environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze OR schedule to identify instrument needs.
• Operate decontamination and sterilization equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain sterilization logs and instrument records.
• Create accurate case carts using resource maps and pick tickets.
• Inventory management and routine replenishment of supplies.
• Communicate with the OR Manager and adapt to varying needs.
