Job summary

Cypress Endoscopy Center is seeking a Sterile Processing Tech to maintain and care for surgical instruments and to prepare supplies for surgery cases. This role requires attention to detail and familiarity with medical terminology, with 1–2 years of sterile processing experience preferred.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; completion of a sterile processing certification is preferred, and CBSPD or IACHSMM certification is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sterile processing experience.
• Sterile Process Certification program preferred.
• CBSPD or IACHSMM certification required or preferred.
• Experience with all types of sterilizers.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for all surgical instruments.
• Prepare supplies and instruments for surgery cases.
• Ensure sterility and proper handling of instrument sets.
