Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for full-time night shifts (10pm–6:30am) with a sign-on bonus for experienced technicians. You will sterilize, decontaminate, and assemble surgical instruments and support the operating room and outpatient services.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CRCST certification within the first year, and 1–2 years of related experience; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• CRCST certification is required within first year of employment.
• 1-2 years related experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow department procedures and work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize and decontaminate instruments per procedures.
• Prepare and assemble instrument sets for the operating room and outpatient practices.
• Maintain stock levels in Central Sterile Department.
• Communicate repair needs to supervisor.
