SolutionHealth in Nashua, NH is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for the full-time evening shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) with rotating call, weekends, and holidays. The role involves decontaminating, sterilizing, assembling instrument sets, and ensuring readiness for surgical services.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of sterile processing terminology, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology related to Sterile Processing.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort instruments and prep for decontamination.
• Pre-clean using ultrasonic process.
• Operate mechanical washer.
• Inspect instruments and note replacements.
• Assemble instrument trays per count sheets.
• Select appropriate sterilization process.
• Wrap and package instrument sets.
