Qualifications

• Previous sterile processing or healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
• We welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in healthcare.
• Minimum of one (1) year work experience in sterile processing or healthcare preferred.
• Certification in IAHCSMM/HSPA or CBSPD is preferred within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to standards.
• Assemble surgical trays and instrument sets with accuracy and care.
• Maintain organized inventory of instruments, implants, and supplies.
• Communicate shortages or equipment concerns to the teams as needed.
• Work closely with surgical staff to ensure instruments are available when needed.
