Job summary

Responsibilities include following IFUs, maintaining quality logs, and coordinating with OR teams to meet scheduling needs. Must have 2 years of experience or SPD/CSPDT/CRCST certification; position is full-time with a day shift and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience as Sterile Processing Technician or SPD/CSPDT/CRCST certification with less than one year of experience.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and package surgical instruments per IFU and QA protocols.
• Maintain sterilization logs and quality assurance records for equipment.
• Identify and prioritize instrumentation requests to minimize delays in surgery.
• Operate sterilizers, washers, and related equipment in a compliant manner.
