Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in sterile processing or related field.
• Certification/licensing: CBSPD, CRCST, CSPDT or CST (one of).
• Certifications must be current and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange rooms with instruments and supplies as needed.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment per guidelines.
• Manage inventory and distribute surgical instruments and reusable equipment.
• Follow safety, infection control, and environmental protocols.
• Mentor and train entry-level Sterile Processing staff.
