• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in a sterile processing or related role preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to infection control.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots equipment within Department.
• Prepare work area at beginning of shift.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area at all times; performs routine cleaning.
• Transports and decontaminates soiled instrumentation and equipment.
• Responds to emergency requests and maintains service responsiveness.
• Assembles and packages instrumentation for sterilization; inspects and lubricates instruments.
