St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Sterile Processing Tech II at our Edgewood hospital to support decontamination, inspection, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and equipment.

The role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and adherence to manufacturer guidelines and regulatory standards; certification in CRCST or CSPDT is preferred, with opportunities for growth within our perioperative services.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required; CBSPD/CER acceptable in Endoscopy.
• Knowledge of perioperative instrumentation and sterilization standards.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, sterilize and distribute instruments.
• Ensure instruments are cleaned, disinfected and sterilized per guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and quality assurance records.
• Support Endoscopy turnover and equipment management under RN supervision.
