Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Endicott Street facility seeks a Central Sterile Technician to decontaminate, inspect, assemble and sterilize instruments daily. You will ensure traceability of reusable devices and support safe patient care areas.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, CRCST or CSPDT certification, and 1–2 years of healthcare sterile processing experience. This on-site role offers a 40-hour week with daytime schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination, inspection, assembly, packaging, sterilization, storage, and distribution of reusable medical devices.
• Operate washers, sterilizers, and related equipment following policies.
• Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and completeness.
• Assemble instrument trays and procedure sets according to tray listings.
• Maintain traceability using instrument tracking systems.
• Transport instruments and supplies to care areas.
