Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble and package surgical instruments per protocol.
• Maintain sterilization logs and quality assurance records.
• Interpret surgical schedules and prioritize instrumentation needs.
• Track instrument ownership and inventory for readiness.
• Operate sterilizers, washers and related equipment safely.
• Adhere to infection control standards and PPE guidelines.
• Support OR readiness and respond to urgent calls from OR.
• Rotate shifts and maintain punctual attendance.
