Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a C.S. Technician I/II/III to support sterilization, decontamination, and assembly of medical/surgical instruments and linens. The role requires a high school education, basic math skills, and CS certification where available.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, folds, assembles, wraps, and labels reusable linens for sterilization.
• Performs cleaning and decontamination of general instrumentation and equipment.
• Inspects and assembles instrument sets and supplies for sterilization.
• Inventories supply carts and replenishes items; monitors stock levels.
• Maintains clean work area and observes aseptic technique.
• Transports supplies/equipment to user areas and documents data.
