AdventHealth Lenexa in Kansas is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to join our fast-paced team. You will operate sterilization equipment, apply aseptic technique, and assemble instrument sets for diverse surgical cases.

Requires CRCST or CSPDT certification and 2+ years in sterile processing. Pay is $38.50/hr, 40 hours/week, with guaranteed hours; PRN assignments may rotate across AdventHealth facilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sterile processing or surgical support.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification is required.
• Hands-on experience with sterilizers and instrument sets.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Operate sterilization equipment and select correct methods per IFU.
• Verify sterilization parameters and document results.
• Disassemble, inspect, and assemble instrument sets.
• Maintain decontamination and supply areas and track inventories.
