Job summary

The position requires a High School diploma and CRCST/CSPDT certification; formal Sterile Processing training preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination and assembly of basic surgical trays and instruments according to count sheets.
• Wrap and sterilize items following manufacturer instructions and policy.
• Provide timely sterile products and case carts in collaboration with OR staff.
• Maintain workflow between OR and Sterile Processing with customer service focus.
• Follow universal precautions and wear protective attire.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and colleagues to ensure safety and quality.
