Job summary

• Education required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 year in sterile processing or completion of a sterile processing course.
• Certification: Sterile Processing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handles, cleans, and prepares instruments for sterilization.
• Identifies and reports equipment in need of repair.
• Assembles and sterilizes instruments per standards; maintains records.
