Job summary

Dignity Health's Chandler Regional Medical Center seeks a Sterile Processing Tech to ensure sterile instrumentation is available to medical teams. You will process, sterilize, assemble trays, perform quality checks, and maintain inventory with meticulous attention to detail.

You’ll support patients, physicians, and staff, uphold strict sterilization protocols, and contribute to safe procedures. Eligible employees gain education benefits and growth opportunities in a 443-bed acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a surgical instrument technician program or 2 years of instrument experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to sterilization procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver case carts using aseptic technique.
• Decontaminate instruments and equipment including scopes and power tools.
• Assemble, package and label instrumentation for sterilization methods.
• Answer phones, fill orders, and stock supplies.
• Operates high/low temp sterilization and disinfection processes.
