Formación

• High School or GED (Required).
• Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and do basic mathematical calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Decontaminate, disinfect and clean reusable surgical instruments using steam or chemical methods.
• Enter, modify and search in the instrument tracking system and assist with case preparation.
• Follow infection control guidelines while handling sterile packages.
• Interact with vendors and surgical reps for loaner trays and CEUs.
• Promote industry standards and best practices and provide customer service to ORs and external clinics.
• Assist in training fellow associates and maintain focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
