Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and trays.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization standards.
• Monitor sterilization equipment and maintain accurate records.
• Support the OR team by anticipating instrumentation needs based on the surgical schedule.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting, storage, and inventory maintenance.
• Promote a safe, sterile, and efficient environment for patients and staff.
